Our cheesecake is made without flour, the base is made of coconut.
The smooth and creamy cheesecake sits on a crumbly coconut base. The rich full flavored cheese is complemented with a layer of sour cream. It is silky and rich, yet not overly sweet.
 
Note that it may still contain traces of gluten because it is made in the same kitchen as other cakes and pies.
