A classic under the pies. Our pecan pie is baked in a shortbread crust. A whole load of big pecan nuts rests on a base of corn syrup and brown sugar. The pie is especially popular for holiday occasions but avaialble around the year.
This pie is best eaten at room temperature or warm.
You can keep this pie up to 2 days while refrigerated at 2-5 °C.
