Fresh spinach is used to make a wonderful creamy quiche. Instead of bacon to complement the taste mushrooms are used to make this quiche fully vegetarian. Whereas some quiches can be overly eggy, the ingredients in this quiche are more dominant and create a wonderful tasting experience.

This quiche is best eaten at room temperature or warm.   Reheating:
Single slice  8-10 minutes (bake on flat surface in preheated oven at 180 °C)
L- Pie  15-20 minutes (bake on flat surface in preheated oven at 175 °C)
XL- Pie  18-22 minutes (bake on flat surface in preheated oven at 175 °C)
Keeping Advice

You can keep this quiche up to 3 days while refrigerated at 2-5 °C.
